To become a vampire, follow the Moe Wolff route: summon him at night with a Meteor Shard, meet his fight contribution requirement, then fail the eligible post-fight QTE. Conversion keeps your Stand, throwables, and money, while the official card says you lose everything else and access to most NPC interactions. Review those consequences before beginning, because this changes your progression and available equipment.

This guide follows active official Trello cards reviewed on October 15, 2026. It covers the documented conversion method, Blood Vials, Core quests, moves, and sunlight protection. The route is based on source documentation and does not claim that the fight or conversion was tested in a live server.

01

Decide whether vampire progression suits your character

Vampire is an alignment obtained through a quest, rather than a choice at character creation. The Alignments card says vampires spawn at the Vampire Ruins or Ominous Cave and gain elevated physical stats and new abilities. It also states that vampires cannot use guns, making conversion a substantial loadout decision for a gun-focused character.

The Vampire Alignment card explicitly lists the retained possessions as your Stand, throwables, and money. Do not treat that short list as a promise that unrelated equipment or ordinary NPC access survives. If you are still deciding between gun progression and supernatural systems, compare the weapons guide and Stand guide first.

Plan for a separate currency and quest loop after conversion. Vampire progress uses Blood Vials and the Core rather than simply continuing every human town errand. Read the conversion and first Core requirements together so that becoming a vampire is the start of a prepared route rather than the end of your plan.

02

Summon Moe Wolff and qualify for his QTE

Bring a Meteor Shard to Moe's dwelling behind Ridge B. County during nighttime. The documented summon action is clicking while holding the shard there. The source does not provide a precise coordinate or a universally valid spawn-time schedule, so use the map guide for orientation and check the actual nighttime condition.

Defeat Moe while meeting the contribution requirement described on the conversion card. Its wording specifies at least 10% damage or the most damage in the preceding 30 seconds. Because the card's sentence compresses those conditions, do not replace it with an invented solo-kill requirement or assume that merely being nearby makes you eligible.

After the fight, interact with Moe again to initiate the struggle QTE if you qualified. Failing this QTE is the documented conversion trigger, which is different from assuming every quest requires a successful QTE. If you cannot start the struggle, review the summon and contribution conditions before drawing conclusions about an unrelated item or alignment requirement.

The material cost is only one part of preparing for this encounter. Your equipment choice and ability to participate in the fight still matter, especially since conversion subsequently removes gun use. Finish any desired human-side errands before committing if their NPC interactions are important to your current goals.

03

Follow the first vampire instructions before approaching the Core

The alignment card tells a newly converted vampire to interact with the floating orb. It directs you to the Core, which handles progression, move changes, and related services. The Travel tool in your inventory takes you to the nether realm, so check that tool before looking for an invented town transport NPC.

At Tier 1, the Core card requires you to possess three Blood Vials before speaking to it. It explicitly warns that approaching the conversation without those vials results in instant death. Treat acquiring the initial three vials as a prerequisite, rather than expecting the first Core conversation to provide them for free.

Blood Vials are made through the Inconspicuous Vampire. His card says a full or nearly full blood bar is needed, while the Blood Vials card specifies that creating a vial empties 90% of the bar. Both of his documented dialogue options lead to vial creation, so a second option is not evidence of a separate reward system.

04

Budget Blood Vials for quests and changes

Blood Vials are not lost on death or leaving, according to their current card. That persistence is separate from what happens to an active quest when you leave a server. You can keep the currency while still needing to pay for a replacement quest offering afterward.

The documented progression to Tier 4 costs a minimum of 96 vials if you complete every required quest without failures or rerolls. That total consists of the three stages below, rather than a guaranteed complete-session price. Optional move changes and quest rerolls increase the amount you need.

Progression stepQuests requiredOffering per questStage total
Tier 1 to Tier 233 vials9 vials
Tier 2 to Tier 346 vials24 vials
Tier 3 to Tier 479 vials63 vials

Talk to the Core to make an offering and receive a timed task. Documented examples include robbing the Ridge B. County bank, killing people, vampires or horses, targeting a specified player, and delivering an envelope. Read the actual assigned task and timer before leaving, because those examples do not promise which objective you will receive.

Failing a quest or leaving the server requires another offering. Rerolling a quest costs one vial, while adding or changing move cards costs two. Reserve currency for those choices rather than spending the exact minimum and assuming every assigned task will suit your situation.

05

Choose moves within your current tier

The Vampire Cards and Moves card lists bite, siphon, prowl, and uppercut at Tier 1. Tier 2 adds claw barrage, suplex, onslaught, and basic attacks; Tier 3 lists bat swarm, superhuman agility, and blood pierce. The card places the remaining moves at Tier 4, so a move's picture on the board does not automatically mean a new vampire can equip it.

Basic attack variants include VampireCombo, FistCombo, and HeirloomSword. Use the Core's documented move service when changing your kit and include its two-vial fee in your budget. A list of available moves does not establish their damage ranking, so choose by the described function and your current unlocks rather than an unsupported best-build claim.

The alignment card says tiering up increases maximum stamina, speed, size, and blood capacity. It tentatively mentions regeneration, so this guide does not present a confirmed regeneration increase or an exact stat table. Follow the current tier and move descriptions when a later balance change affects your preferred kit.

06

Treat the cloak as limited sunlight protection

The Vampire Cloak card says the cloak prevents sunlight burning and comes from the vial NPC in the nether realm. It also says damage can destroy it in one or two hits, depending on the source, and lists a 70-second cooldown. This protection therefore has conditions that matter while traveling or fighting outdoors.

Check cloak availability before planning a daylight trip. Do not equate wearing it with permanent immunity, especially after taking hits. Once your initial vial reserve and Core access are ready, choose one achievable quest, complete it, and budget the next offering before changing several moves at once.
